Due to safety concerns at several school facilities that normally serve as polling places, three polling locations will be temporarily relocated for the April 21, 2026 Special Election. The new polling locations will remain on the same school grounds but will be moved to areas of the facilities where students will not be present. These temporary adjustments are being made in coordination with school officials and local authorities to ensure the safety of students, staff, election officers, and voters.
Voters assigned to the affected precincts will be notified of their temporary polling location prior to Election Day. Clear signage will also be posted at the usual polling locations directing voters to the new locations.
These relocations apply only to the April 21, 2026 election unless otherwise announced. The Electoral Board and the Office of the General Registrar remain committed to ensuring that all voters are able to cast their ballots safely and conveniently.
